I am a Houston born digital marketing strategist with experience in Pay Per Click advertising (PPC/ SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media marketing, graphic design, marketing analytics and more. I have served as an Enterprise Brand Manager at TopSpot Internet Marketing Agency since June 2021. During my time at TopSpot, I have been leading a high performing team of 4 digital specialists with the goal of driving qualified leads to a diverse portfolio of 35+ Clients. Having now served in both the public and private sector, I feel that my non-traditional career background and the value add that comes with my alternative experience allows me to be a unique asset to firms. I love having the opportunity to help enhance the organization and effectiveness of Teams, all the while cultivating a culture of growth and creativity for all involved.

After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2013, I served for 8 years as a high school teacher/coach. This experience has allowed me to enhance the essential interpersonal skills that directly correlate towards industry work life. I have effectively lead numerous teams, both athletically and educationally, and cultivated mindsets to achieve, all the while creating a culture that fosters growth. As a head coach, I not only managed teams of 200+, but also lead professional staffs, organized public relations events, and was in constant communication with stakeholders and administration.

My entrepreneurial efforts with Pressbox Branding have provided me with a wide range of experiences including content management, legal contract drafting, lead generation, sales meetings, customer relationship management and more. Getting to dive into the back end of a business structure has taught me the importance of having a clear vision, and the fluidity to adjust when obstacles introduce themselves on the path towards that vision.

 

When I am not performing keyword research or doing graphic design, I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife Katie and our dog-child Riley. I love football, especially the strategic component. I have high affinity towards human performance and love Track & Field. I bleed maroon (Whoop!) I relish Jelly Belly's. I live for good BBQ.
